AI Value Creation
More EBITDA. More enterprise value. From day one.
Our self-learning AI system analyses your data and processes holistically. On the day we connect it, we usually realise the first quick wins.
EBITDA is your earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation. Buyers usually pay a multiple of it.
For owners, private equity firms and family offices. The programme does not have to lead to a sale. If it does, it is the best preparation for one.
Four principles
Day 1
Connect, analyse data and processes, and usually realise the first quick wins on the same day.
Stage 5 counts
Only what shows up in the profit and loss account and the balance sheet is counted. That is stage 5 of our proof.
Data in-house
If you wish, the AI system runs entirely on your premises.
A share in the success
Part of our fee depends on the demonstrated increase in value.
Who it is for
For owners
More EBITDA today and a higher purchase price if you sell later. You remain entirely free to decide: value creation pays off even without a sale.
If you are thinking of selling, our pages on exit readiness and the sale process set out the next steps. Our Sale Readiness Check shows where your business stands today.
For investors
Before signing: value lever check for the investment case.
During the holding period: implementation programme with proof in EBITDA.
At exit: robust EBITDA bridge and equity story.
Transferable to other portfolio companies.
Who is behind it

Mathias Westerbarkei, Managing Director of Westfälische Corporate Finance GmbH. He was Head of M&A at CLAAS and worked for the Goldbeck family office. At CLAAS he led earnings improvement programmes totalling around €100 million, several of them with consulting teams from McKinsey, BCG and Roland Berger. Today we combine this experience with our self-learning AI system.
The value lever tree
Three drivers, five branches, twenty levers. Our AI system examines every one of them.

what is tied up to achieve it

We quantify, you decide, your management implements
- 01
Assessment 4 to 6 weeks
On day one we connect the AI system. It carries out a holistic analysis, as in due diligence, including strategy, organisation and people. At the end there are three to five quantified initiatives.
- 02
Your decision
You decide freely whether any initiatives are implemented, and which ones.
- 03
Implementation 12 months
Your management implements, we steer, the AI system measures the impact. This includes a communication plan, enabling the teams, regular health checks and sparring sessions, an open exchange on equal terms.
Proof in five stages: only stage 5 counts
Stage 1
Target agreed
Stage 2
Feasibility checked
Stage 3
Implementation firmly agreed
Stage 4
Implementation completed
Stage 5
Impact visible in the profit and loss account and balance sheet
Fees
Assessment: fixed price.
Implementation: monthly retainer plus a share in the demonstrated increase in value.
We discuss the specific terms in a personal meeting. Legal and tax advice is not part of our scope of services.
The next step
45 minutes, in person or by video: you describe your situation, and we show you two or three places where we expect an impact. Free of charge, without obligation and confidential.
