Accessibility statement

This English version is provided for convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.

Westfälische Corporate Finance GmbH endeavours to make its website accessible. This accessibility statement applies to the website www.westfaelische-corporate-finance.de.

Conformity status

This website is largely compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. The requirements arise from the Barrierefreiheitsstärkungsgesetz (BFSG, German Accessibility Strengthening Act) in conjunction with Directive (EU) 2019/882 (European Accessibility Act).

Accessibility measures

We have taken the following measures to ensure accessibility:

  • Page structure (semantic HTML): Use of correct HTML elements for structure and navigation.
  • Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements can be reached and operated by keyboard.
  • Skip link (skip navigation): A “Skip to content” link takes you past the navigation straight to the main content.
  • Support for screen readers (ARIA attributes): Use of ARIA labels and roles for assistive technologies.
  • Colour contrast: All text meets the WCAG minimum requirements for contrast ratios.
  • Adaptation to screen size (responsive design): The website is optimised for different screen sizes and zoom levels.
  • Visible focus (focus indicators): When you use the keyboard, a visible marker shows where you are.
  • Forms: All form fields have labels with clear, understandable wording.

Known limitations

Despite our efforts, the following areas may still have limitations:

  • Embedded third-party content (e.g. Microsoft Bookings) may not be fully accessible.
  • PDF documents may not yet be fully accessible.
